John & Frank welcome you to our web site we have been in partnership 15 years and have both been in the building & hard landscaping business in the Banbury & surrounding area all our working lives which covers over 70 years collectively, we have done projects from porches to complete house builds & from garden gate to patios, renovations, conversions, restoration work to listed buildings. Loft conversions the list goes on. We have & always will strive to provide top quality workmanship we can call on a wealth of other professionals who have worked for us on many projects allowing us to take on the simplest to the most testing of jobs. We are always willing to give advice on any project should you just be in the planning stage of a patio, or a ready to start renovation. COMPLETED RENOVATION AND ALTERATION PROJECT

The picture shown top left is of a complete renovation of what where falling down brick outbuildings joined to a stone house, much of the building was taken down and rebuilt using as much of existing materials as possible. The patio was landscaped by us. The loft conversion let in much needed light. All new frames were custom built by local tradesmen .The stone house was also renovated to the same high standard all work was either done or supervised by our selves
